Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, in order to provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee applies to all services with any stylist across all locations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to allocate time to clients on our waitlist who may be looking to book at short notice.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, we will charge 100% of the service fee. No-shows deprive us of the ability to offer that time slot to other clients, and we hope you understand that this policy helps us maintain a high standard of service.

Securing Your Appointment:

To secure your appointment, you will be asked to provide your card details at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, the applicable $50 fee will be deducted from or added to your next service, based on your preference. This ensures that we can continue providing exceptional services to all clients while maintaining a fair schedule. If you attend your appointment as scheduled, no charges will be made to your account beyond the agreed-upon service cost.

Appointment Reminders:

As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder email and text message 72 hours before your appointment. These reminders will include the time, location, and contact details for your appointment. We ask that you please review these details and reach out to us if any changes need to be made. Making adjustments within this 72-hour window will help minimise any potential fees.

Arriving On Time:

To allow for the best possible service, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This gives us the time to check in with you, discuss your needs, and provide a full consultation before we begin your service. Your punctuality ensures that we can give each client the time and attention they deserve.
