Important Information About Our Stylists:

All of our senior stylists are independent contractors (self-employed) operating under our umbrella, Something By Grace. This means that each stylist is responsible for processing their own payments. At the end of each service, your stylist will take payment directly. You can choose to pay via EFTPOS debit, credit card or cash, depending on your preference. Payment must be made in full at the end of each service 

Payment Plans & Afterpay:

At this time, we do not offer payment plans or Afterpay options. All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our services, refunds and exchanges are generally not provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 48 hours and we will discuss options to help create a better outcome of your service.
